This collection charge is for us to arrange a pick up with a courier.
Please complete this form with as much info as possible about your collection request. We will then arrange a collection and you will receive collection tracking details.
We usually use DPD as our nominated courier.
The driver will bring the labels required.
All return instructions are included on your hire information booklet included in your delivery

If you are returning 2 SUPs, they should both fit in 1 large bag

We require 48 hours notice to arrange the collection
- Collections are Mon to Friday between 9-5pm. Email us if you would like a weekend delivery as extra charges apply.

We we will be charged £10.00 by DPD should there be a 'missed collection' which we will unfortunately have to pass on to you. You will need to be available to hand the parcel over to the drive

You will receive a text or email notification from DPD on the day, giving you a one hour collection window, which can be any time between 9am and 5.30pm.
